5 Star Youth Alliance, Inc. & 5 Star Sports are happy to announce our Spring Young Ladies Flag Football League. Girls Flag Football is a fast-growing sport and 5 Star is doing our part to ensure our ladies are not left out.

Our spring league is designed to enhance playing skills, teamwork, and communication while expanding their knowledge of the sport while providing a fun, exciting yet competitive environment to young girls between the ages of 10 and 17. With Flag Football now being an Olympic sport, our goal is to provide our young ladies with as many opportunities as possible to enhance their football skills.
